I'm here the other day with my mother. it was pretty busy. we had booked a reservation before the time, so we sat as soon as we were there. I noticed that there was a line waiting to be sitting so that I encourage them to reserve their table before the time. service was great. our server mike was very friendly and professional, expected our needs before we even asked ourselves and got us our meals very fast. I ordered flos filet, medium. it was boiled to perfection and torth hot. my mother, a person who has very high standards and always sends the steak back to be cooked a little longer in other restaurants, for the first time, did not have to. she ordered the ribbed eye. we enjoyed our meal...

I'm really frustrated with Longhorn right now. An employee mistakenly gave our food to another customer. How does that even happen? Can't they read and understand what a customer is saying? The employee claimed she thought the customer said "Debbie," but the order was actually under "JP." When the customer named JP tried to pay, the employee told him, "Oh no, your order is paid for." Seriously, who wouldn't double-check to ensure the order being handed over matches the name on it? It's always an issue with the staff at this restaurant.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We waited over an hour for a waitress to come and take our order, and they didn't offer us any bread or water. We had to literally flag down our waitress. When I spoke to the manager, he had an attitude. To make matters worse, the food wasn't good, and they had also run out of the mac and cheese, which is my favorite side dish. I will never return to this location again. I strongly advise against dining here; it was a really disappointing experience.

The service was quite poor. I had to request water, and my appetizer arrived at the same time as my main course. My son's mashed potatoes were also cold. However, the waitress was quick to bring me the check and stood by waiting for my credit card. I had mentioned that it was my disabled son's 30th birthday, but unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment—no cake, no ice cream, and no birthday song. Overall, a disappointing dining experience. Do not eat here they have rude servers with attitudes and I’m 8 months pregnant and was brought out raw meat suppose to be the spicy chicken bites manger had a nonchalant attitude about it as well. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
