This was the WORSE Longhorns we have ever visited. Longhorns has been a favorite of my family for years now. We pick this restaurant when we go away, because we felt like we could count on the quality of food and a level of service from this company. But boy were we wrong. It started off great. We walked in and were greeted and seated quickly. But it went downhill fast! 2 out of 4 cups dirty. All our silverware dirty. So we asked for new items and continued with our dinner. Our appetizer comes. A Texas tonion. The dish has melted cheese and bread crumbs on it from not being washed properly. Then our salad and soups come. The salad bowl is dirty. We tell our waiter. This was my second time at LongHorn and my second bad experience. Although plenty of tables were available we were seated all the way in the back of the restaurant. The waiter attempted to walk away multiple times while we were ordering, we had to get 3 salads replaced because they were wrong each time, and lastly a member of our group who can't eat pork was devastated to find bacon in the bottom of the macaroni. Luckily, he caught it very quickly or things could've turned out badly. I'll NEVER step foot into this restaurant again.
So I occasionally dine here and I really love it. The ranch dressing is so good. The free bread is also delicious and I have tried a few things on the menu. The servers are great and depending on what you get prices are decent. Big portions also. It does get a little busy at dinner time but they typically can get you in within 30 minutes. The service was excellent. Nick was fast and friendly. Checked on the table to make sure everything was okay and drinks were fresh. Broccoli was amazing and delicious!!! The place looked awesome inside and was clean as new!!! : The only down side was the meats on my order.The steak was cooked to medium on one side and burnt on the other. The ribs were the same way. Burnt all the way down the curve.

I encountered a rather unprofessional waitress during my visit. Several orders for our table were incorrect multiple times, and when I asked her to fix them, she seemed quite irritated. To make matters worse, I overheard her speaking negatively about us to a coworker.
Vegetarian options like corn and broccoli and bread, and Mac n cheese. Everyone liked their food. Best part was the waitress who was ON TOP OF REFILLS!!!! She was the real mvp
The food is delicious, and the staff is wonderful. However, they should improve the overall atmosphere.
First time customer. We had awesome steaks and crispy Brussels sprouts. Plan to return.
