We had the pleasure of visiting this location on 10-8-2020 at around 6:30pm My wife had never been to a Longhorn before and Brittany C took exceptional care of us. Our food was on time, the facility was clean, and we needed warm water for a bottle to give to our 1 month old who had just got out of an eye appointment. In a world where customer service is a dying breed, Brittany, Jose, Tracy the manager and Barney did a fantastic job and should be recognized by upper corporate management. We've been regular visitors here since it opened but I don't think I can ever come back after tonight. I'm usually an easy customer but I have my limits. It all went south when the lady bringing our steaks out tilted the plate spilling sizzling hot steak juice and blood all over my lap and legs. She then acted like it was my fault my empty salad bowl was where she needed to set the steak.....She didn't offer to clean up the mess and when I returned from the bathroom no one had bothered to clean the booth. Even after all this, all 3 of our steaks were wrong but we politely finished our food. NO Staff bothered to visit the table to apologize or try to mitigate this absolute disaster of a dinne...
2 bad experiences in a row. This time I was given a sirloin that literally couldn 'texcellent. And had no detectable trace of the delicious longhorn seasoning, and a sweet potato less than 4 across. The manager comped my meal but told me that it 's expected and their sirloin are 'hit or miss '. If you order low quality supplies for your customers, expect us to stop coming. It 's a shame too, used to be excellent.
Absolutely delicious. My husband took me for our Anniversary and I had the New York strip with potato and the berry salad. The steak was cooked perfectly, was seasoned just right and had a little char from the grill. The salad was delicious and light. The whole meal was great. The manager stopped to make sure everything was good and the restaurant was clean. We will definitely be going back.
I had to wait a very long time at the front counter before being seated. There was no one there for at least 10 min and people just kept coming in behind me looking around trying to figure out if they should seat themselves. When we finally got our seats the service was excellent and the food was good. Maybe it was just a fluke and we all just walked in during an exception to the rule.
We ate here for dinner because we were staying at a nearby hotel and had a gift card as well. The restaurant was dead when we came in and it was dinner time. That made us nervous, but we decided to try. It ended up working out great. The food came out hot and fresh and our server was friendly. We'd eat here again.
it was my birthday and my jubilee. we had a wonderful time and then they surprised us. the front end mgr and our server gave us a dessert that was phenomenal! the plate had a chocolate heart and the anniv/birthday logo. and a chocolate sun. it was a 10 stars night.
