Arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse in Westland on Warren across from Westland Mall on a Thursday not busy this is my favorite local Longhorn. This is my 1st time bringing my daughter that is paralyzed in a wheelchair and they had a table near the kitchen for us, I asked the host (Jamie) if we could have another table we didn't want to be near the kitchen and there wasn't enough room, she wasn't pleased with the request. The service was fantastic—Brandy was incredibly pleasant and attentive to both my husband and me, and her warm smile truly brightened the atmosphere. She has a wonderful spirit, both inside and out. Now, let's talk about the food! It was absolutely delicious—hot, well-seasoned, and just perfect! It was so good that we felt compelled to find out who was cooking. Turns out, it’s Ms. Hailey working her magic in the kitchen. You can be sure we'll be back on the days when Hailey is cooking and Brandy is serving. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed!"

We had a family dinner here with 13 people, and it was a great experience. The service was excellent, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The Shrimp and Lobster chowder was outstanding, and the Grilled Chicken and Strawberry salad was also very tasty. The salmon served with field greens was a generous portion and quite delicious as well. Salads can be hit or miss this time of year, but these contained fresh lettuce, and all the dressings are homemade. My mom’s favorite, Flo's Filet, was perfect and cooked exactly to her preference (medium-rare). Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

When my friends and I arrived, we were informed there would be a 45-minute wait, but we were seated much sooner than that. The restaurant was extremely clean. Our server, Mia, was friendly and promptly took our orders. We had heard on TikTok about a way to add parmesan crust to our dishes, so we decided to give it a try. It was absolutely delicious! The steak was outstanding. While the ribs didn't quite meet expectations, it's important to note that this is a steakhouse, not a rib restaurant. Our waitstaff were attentive and eager to provide us with great service. This celebration was for my parents' 60th wedding anniversary.

My steak was not tender or seasoned good. It was cooked to my liking as far as temp. We had to send it back and get new ones. The second one was better than the first but not the greatest.

Honestly really enjoyed my experience here. The Filet was so good, as well as the bread, and the appetizer. The margarita was ok, but I'd drink it again. Will be back!
