We received 2 of our 4 steaks raw inside. It looked slimy with the white elastin. (It wasn 't rotten in any way just raw) The waitress thoughtfully left our sides and said the manager would bring the steaks back. My husband and other son finished their meals. The waitress brought our steaks and said nothing. Then the wrong bill. Then we asked wasn 't the manager supposed to see us? He 's busy on the grill but he said he wouldn 't take anything off the bill. We NEVER asked and CANNOT understand how rude that is??? I said all we want is an apology. go here once a month. This time ?.Ceasar salad was overly garlic powder taste. French onion soup rendered down. Filet tough as heck. The tenderloin silver was inside the filet, which means it was cut from the tenderloin, but not a true filet mignon. We don 't do the give me a refund or order something else dance. Dont need the drama or questions. Just want to eat at a consistent restaurant and leave . the server was good. The steak was cooked right. My mixed salad was fine.
I would give zero stars if there was an option. absolutely terrible service. the waiter keep on our table maybe a total of 2 times over about 2 hours. Eat finally comes out, not prepared as we had asked, and beyond that everything was cold, steaks, seafood, side. everything was cold. I asked for a manager, nothing. finally caught the manager and told them our thoughts and was told that we were wong. again only absolutely terrible service.
