The waiter was not wearing a mask and kept switching his behind all over the place, talking all dramatic!I was not very pleased with my drink, it taste like fruit punch. Todd (the district manager or whatever he was) came to the table after he found out I was dissatisfied with the drink. He tried to explain there is not much alcohol in my drink. Of course I knew this but absolutely nothing was in this Sangria.Todd is not well trained customer service. Instead of offering me something else he pointed out that I finished the drink, which I had and was totally willing to pay for and did pay for. The restaurant was packed, had long wait times, served cold food, and had a broken beverage machine. This was my first and last visit to this location. I ordered soup, but the waiter was busy with a larger party and let our soup sit until it was cold. When the waiter took the soup back, we decided to leave. The last thing we wanted was for our food to come out with the soup. The restaurant needs a serious overhaul. Additionally, the bathrooms were dirty, with large drain flies and tissue all over the floor. Absolutely terrible!
I recently dined at this restaurant with a friend and our waitress, Rhonda, was simply delightful! It was our first time at this location, but I would definitely return just to be seated in her section again. Rhonda was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered an appetizer, entrees, and my cocktail was fantastic. The food arrived nice and hot. Overall, a great experience!
Dining-in is usually near perfect at this location! Just wish French Onion soup was hotter, and kept in broiler longer .Service here is always incredible. Plenty of parking, wait times never seem to be that long, restrooms and restaurant is general is clean. Great place for quick lunch, or dinner.Vegetarian options: Salads, soups, breads, etc.

Food was good even though I had to send my steak back once because it was cooked to the right temperature. However the service sucked. My server was very Slow, lackadaisical and over disconnected. However the restaurant did discount the meal in an effort to make it right... Hence the 4
Our waiter was Micheal he was very attentive and the food was good I haven't been in a long time I had the roadhouse wings my favorite ? I also had ribs and parmesan chicken combo with honey brussel sprouts kinda good my favorite butter lemon
I had a stake with mashpotatoes and an onion soup. The stake is really good, but i didnt like at all the soup. The place looks like you are in California, there are cows pictures everywhere
I love all the servers, they make the experience very nice,besides the good food. Definitely my go to place when I want to have a great time. Get a Jack and coke with a renegade steak ??

Drove in for a carryout pickup. It was ready on the time that was given to me, and everything was great.
Vegetarian choices include salmon, vegetables, and potatoes. Parking is average.
