The wait for service was excessive. After being seated, we waited an additional 12 minutes just to receive water, menus, and the complimentary bread. In the past decade, we have never experienced such slow and disorganized service. Our table was located next to the bar, where it seemed like there was no server assigned to attend to any of the booths. We even had to walk up to the bar ourselves to inquire about how to place our order, as we had not been approached by a server. To make matters worse, one of our orders was incorrect – a lobster tail was missing. Another member of our party received a salad with ranch dressing instead of the requested raspberry vinaigrette. If I could only say one word it would be, delicious. We were celebrating my sister's birthday and she had the sirloin with shrimp, fries and seasoned rice. My mom had the ribeye, mac&cheese, and baked potato. I had the sirloin with a baked potato and a sweet potato. My steak wasn't thick but it sliced like butter. Very tender, and the sweet potato, the smell alone was delicious. I even had my sister try it and she thought it was as delicious as I did. My mom said her mac&cheese was very good too. Longhorn generally does a really good job no matter where you go. I consider their steaks elite tier. Almost always perfectly seasoned plenty of flavor and juicy. All the personnel here at this location were friendly. Got my drinks when I needed them and food when I expected them. The steak was a little under seasoned compared to how most of them normally do it. Wasn't quite seared on the outside either. The edges were good but the center was not so much. So not quite as good as normal at this location but still good. All the sides are top-notch, bread is good, and they still have one of the best desserts out there in the chocolate stampede. Always recommended.
Trash. Don't eat much steak because of price and health issues, so when I do eat it I really look forward to it. I had a sirloin and it was tasteless. No marination, no salt, nothing on it. My salad was over drenched in dressing which made it unappealing. The Wait was ridiculous. Call ahead seating said about 45 minutes but that turned into 1.5 hours. Food was good but the steak was chewy on both the flatiron and the sirloin. I may try again but not when there is a wait!! Texas Roadhouse was actually better. Maybe it was a bad night but I won’t recommend it as highly as I would have,w I left totally disappointed.
Don was fantastic. He was professional yet personable, gave wonderful recommendations and had us laughing the whole time. Very enjoyable experience and the steak was fantastic too. They never overcook a steak here! All smiles the whole time. Would recommend and definitely will be back, and we will now always ask for Don specifically. THANK YOU !
The hostess and the waitress were amazing. We are ending a 5000 mile road trip and we have 4 small children, when passing through a town that you don't know, it can be a little hectic. The staff made us feel so welcome, they interacted with our children, and mad us feel like family. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
Face masks are not mandatory. We visited this restaurant on Memorial Day, a Monday, around 2 pm and it wasn't very crowded. Our server was excellent and the food was delicious. We were seated promptly and didn't have to wait long for our meals. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.
Our food was great. Only complaint was my food wasn't cooked quite right. (Ordered Medium Well, but was pink throughout. Still a yummy New York Strip asparagus. (I ate as was . Tasha was great checked on us enough without being on top of us. Left very full with leftovers.
