Not only was the chef able to substitute my mother-in-law's course with something else, but the pairing of wines were phenomenal! We sat outside and there were heaters, so my halter top dress was absolutely no problem. I recommend Lon's at the Hermosa to everyone I know that appreciates food at it's finest."

Gourmet magazine had it right when they recommended Lon’s at Hermosa Inn. We celebrate a birthday our group had for this restaurant only raves. An authentic southwestern hacienda with canvas, navajo carpets and wooden beams really give guests the feeling of the old southwest. A spacious terrace is available for outdoor use. The chefs tend the gardens and design the menu around what is in the season. Our waiter also explained that lemon, orange and grapefruit trees surround the property and deliver most fruits in LON's dishes and cocktails. James Ducas is the boss — surely to win the Raves of our group.
