I called an the person who answered told me he did not have access to online service and I could make the order with him. I used to order from here regularly, but I've had to stop due to their poor customer service. I placed an order before my break at the hospital, but it was delayed by an hour and a half. When I called to check on my order, I was told that the driver had postponed it because he had too many deliveries. I asked to speak with the manager to better understand how they could operate in this manner, but I was quickly informed that my order would be delivered right away. This place is usually very good. I have been ordering here for some time and have tried a bunch of things on this menu. Last night I ordered fried shrimp. Mid-bite I noticed the shrimp wasn’t cleaned and the digestive tract was very visible. I opened the rest of the shrimps and noticed the same thing. I understand its fast food but be aware of this if you are someone that values your food being cleaned and prepared well. I shouldn’t be surprised but I won’t be ordering again.
Ridiculous!!! I ordered my food at 720pm not much only about $25.00 worth of food. Literally live 3 minutes away . At 858 I received my food delivery man saying he’s sorry . However food was still warm, and the food was amazing!! So tasty, just takes forever for delivery ! Wouldn’t recommend to unless you willing to wait for 1.5 hr .

I used to love place now i think that they have new management and the food is horrible. I ordered seseme chicken and i received a dried up half food that can break my teeth with. no seseme seeds or sauce.i ? them and was brushed off i will never go there again!!
Terrible and dishonest management. They sent me burnt food and offered a credit instead of a refund. When I tried to use the credit for a future order, they claimed it never existed. I wish I could rate them lower than one star.
It doesn't taste the same anymore like it used to when they first opened up. There fried rice was so moist flavorful and fresh and now it's flaky and dry and doesn't taste the same. The quality overall is just not the same :

The meal was lacking, as my order of rice and chicken was missing. It seems like the chef might have been tired and ended up eating my food instead. Why is the quality so low? Terrible dining experience.
Very very poor customer service place my order and the send me the wrong rice . I call they put me the manager and the want to charge me extra for there mistake ..CHEAP m
