Malheureusement, le service est loin d'être à la hauteur de la qualité, ce qui est très regrettable car la cuisine reste toujours exceptionnelle. Un établissement qui se revendique gourmet doit avoir un service à la hauteur. Nous avons subi une lutte avec des mouches tombant dans un verre d'apéritif. Nous le signalons, la serveuse revient avec une nouvelle boisson suite à notre demande, sinon elle n’a pas eu cette délicatesse ou d’excuses. We came for a birthday. From the start, the room being empty, we asked if it was possible to have a round table. Unfortunately, the waiter told us no because apparently the restaurant was full. However with our table, only one other was occupied and no one arrived in the meantime. (We left at 2:30 p.m.... Disappointing welcome We were glued to the toilet overlooking the open bar dishwasher, great for a birthday... Regarding the service, it is absolutely not up to the prices on the menu. First of all the setting, a spacious veranda at the foot of the castle, particularly well tempered, a kitchen partially open to the room (we would still like to delve deeper into the heart of the brigade... . A service still timid but without any notable fault (must get used to it . In terms of decorations, I would have left the tables without tablecloths but that's a matter of taste. As for the dishes, lots of flavors and exoticism without ever exceeding the taste quantity. In short, excellent value for money in a peaceful place, open to nature. On the right track!
