Lovely young woman who served me went above and beyond to explain the gluten free options. I wanted a milkshake, and I usually have to ask if the flavouring is gluten free - but she even let me look at the ingredients listing. I can also say that the fries are excellent. I like the poutine fries, Canadian-style with gravy and cheese on the fries (gravy is not gluten free though). Delicious. I am not overly fond of the burgers - stick to the fries and milkshakes. They also offer almond milk and soy ice cream to make the milkshakes vegan.
I was excited to visit when I heard they were opening a Parramatta store. I had heard great things about the franchise and it's pretty rare to have a vegetarian friendly fast food outlet. I've tried a few burgers, hotdogs, and some of the sides. It's fairly expensive and I didn't not find the food was even close to warranting the price. I probably wouldn't opt to visit again and would just ask for no meet at another fast food place. Pretty disappointing. The staff were okay but didn't add to the experience.
If you are a vegan/vegetarian person than you will love this place. This is located in the Westfield, Parramatta and offers 100% Vegan food.You can get a large variety of options here which are pocket friendly and taste great. The staff is very courteous and helps you in deciding a good option.Please don't get confused with the burger names here as they are all vegan options. Also, this is a take away shop in westfield so great for casual dining with friends & family only.
I guess the name says it all. One of the best fries! Tried their sweet potato fries today and it became my new favourite. So glad when they opened one outlet in Westfield Parramatta so I don't have to go to the City when I crave for their crispy fries :)

I am a fan of this chain but the food at the parramatta outlet was a let down.It didn’t taste fresh and had to reorder from another place as it wasn’t edible
2am and in need of a second dinner, LOTF was very convenient for thisThe biggest downside is there is no seating, so takeaway is the only option.
