Got seated quick. Food was good. Service not so good. I was just asked once if everything was ok. Once I finish eating, trying to get one of the waitress attention to get a to go box was impossible. They tried to avoid eye contact with you. I had to go to the counter and ask. I also ask for my tab cause they would t bring it either. When she was ringing me up the prices were different from the prices on the menu. When I asked why was she charging different she said because I'm using a card, so we charge 4% for every item. I've never heard of that other than charging a $1 to use your card. Might as well just add the 4% to the prices and not confuse people, plus who uses cash now in days.Overa...
My gf and I came to Lo'roko as she already try it the first time and she wanted us to come and try it out we both order pupusas she order the chicken and i order the revuelta and jalapeno con queso lastly plátanos fritos with refried beans and crema she order a champan and I order a agua de ensalada which was really good the owner of the place came to each table and greet us that is something that ever place should be doing to connect to their customers it was a nice gesture also he did explain that their food takes a long time as they cook their food from scratch that is why everything should be fresh i recommend this place and i would come back food for 2 people and drinks were less than 4...
I live in Norwalk, I was craving pupusas, I found/ordered through Uber eats. Let me tell y’all this is my first time that I encountered this restaurant and I give it above 5 stars. They amazed me, the pupusas are big, decent price. I will definitely order again. I highly recommend this place.
El servicio el bueno pero la calidad de la comida y el sabor es malo, las pupusas de arroz que ordene muy mal, Los tamales de pollo, casi sin pollo y los tamales de chipilin sin sabor, solo masa y sal.

The chicken soup was flavorless and quite disappointing. They really need someone who knows how to make a good chicken soup. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 1 out of 5.
