Great service. Called ahead to see if we could get a table within the hour and no problem. Start to finish the service was impeccably. Well paced. We also did the mock tail and prestige drink pairings. Knowledgeable staff excellent food, high end experience, one of the best meals and experiences we have had.

Had the 6-course tasting with nonalcoholic pairing and it was even better than I had heard. So much creativity, delicious flavors, and beautiful presentation. I was particularly blown away by the melon dessert, which was an absolute work of art (so hard to get beautiful vegan patisserie!

In late August 2023, we tried the vegan tasting menu at this restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. The ambience is beautiful and the bathrooms are clean. This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in our years of vegan travel around the world.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is fantastic, and the space is beautifully designed. We will definitely be coming back as much as we can during our time in Quebec City. And don't forget to try their creative cocktails, they're great too!

We we t last summer and it was so good it gave me a foodgasm. It’s expensive but worth the price, it truly is an experience. They also improvised me a cocktail based on my taste preferences and it was perfect. We will go back for sure.

Si bon, si spécial et si beau! Magnifique resto qui sert des plats santé et raffinés, végé, poisson ou viande! Le poisson y est parfaitement apprêté et il est rare de manger d’aussi bons plats végétariens!

This Quebec City restaurant was a very pleasant surprise! One of the best vegan dinners I’ve had anywhere in North America. Simply incredible. Beautiful patio. Unbelievable wine list.
