Rancherito's Mexican Food

This morning I had a bad experience at this Rancheritos. I wanted to order a breakfast burrito and they wanted to give me liquid egg and I told the girl to give me shell egg with a very rude bad attitude and she replied that they couldn't give me that egg because I didn't have it. I only recommend that you don't go to this place if that's how they treat customers when they order, imagine how the food they serve you there must be. The other Rancheritos on Redwood and the one on 7800 South serve very well and the food tastes very good Normally I go to that Rancheritos but since I was nearby working on 54th that's why I came there.

The food quality of this place is literal food poisoning. This is the 2nd time I've gotten food poisoning here and will never come back. The food was also extremely greasy, it's like they cooked it in a grease bath. My brother ate here as well and is throwing up not to mention him getting food poisoning as well. Utah Health Department needs to do an unexpected visit here, it's not safe getting food poisoning 2 times at a fast food place. Will give the Health department a call about this.

Cashier gives sass, doesn’t want to work. Rolls eyes at customers. Blames you for miscommunication. Does not like to address issues with service. A guy in front of me had gotten out of their car to tell them. That no one was answering at the drive through. Avoid location unless you like getting into fights with cashiers.

I ordered extra cheese but received none at all. Additionally, the chicken in my nachos was not chopped; there were large chunks of chicken tenders. This is easily the worst Mexican food I've ever had, especially considering my experience in California. Absolutely terrible! Réservez une table maintenant

The rolled tacos are always a reliable choice, but today I decided to try the Shredded Beef Burrito Enchilada. They've really stepped up their game! The flavors are incredibly fresh and delicious, and as always, it's enough food for about three meals!

Im not sure what was going on tonight but this food looks like it was just thrown into the box and that they didnt want to make it. This pollo street tacos look gross and my rolled tacos look like they were an after thought. I wasted my money.

The beans and rice were tasty, but the cheese was cold and not melted. The sauce was somewhat bland and too salty for my liking. I might consider trying something different on my next visit, but I won't be ordering this dish again.

The order was correct. Usually when you order Cheese Enchiladas, it comes with a lot of enchilada sauce. These had some sauce but were mostly dry. Tasted fine.. just didnt hit the spot. Rice was good. Réservez une table maintenant

Very bad customer service. A customer from the drive thru had to enter the restaurant to get them answer the drive thru. Cashier acted like she didn't want to work.
