We went there while passing by the city. We arrived at 9:30 pm and the place was almost full. Thank God, the barman could understand English and explained to us the menu. He was very kind and suggested a fish plate which my husband chose. After 5 minutes, he came back saying the plate wasn’t available anymore and proposed another fish plate...and came back again to say that it wasn’t available either. My husband got his plate and by the time he had finished, mine wasn’t on the table. He had fish and I had pork. Both plates were ok but were served with the worst french fries we’ve ever had. The service for the local was very efficient but as tourists, we waited forever. Costs us 26 euros for...
Recommended by our hotel looked sort of charming, although there was a TV over the bar (seems to be endemic and very annoying in rural Spain). Server was very kind but the food was greasy flies were coming in from outside. Children were running around, jumping up on tables and licking salt shakers made me wonder who licked mine before I sat down. I would NOT eat here again. Not that I can say I found a great alternative, unfortunately
