Haven't been here for awhile. The lady prefers the flautas at Taco Stop in South Amboy. I don't recommend that place. Los Corrales IS SO MUCH BETTER! Best Al Pastor I've had in NJ. The burrito is chock full of al pastor, with grilled onions/red peppers and Oaxacan Cheese.$14 included the burrito with Mexican rice and black beans and a bottle of Coke. Excellent deal.There are 3 really good Mexican Restaurants in Keyport. This one is the best of the three! Homemade tortillas ftw!
The authentic Mexican food here is outstanding. You can tell it's great when you see it bustling with local Central American customers—they really appreciate the cuisine and support the restaurant. The dishes I've tried have significantly more flavor and kick compared to other Mexican restaurants. It's more of a takeout spot than a place I'd choose for a sit-down dinner, but it's definitely worth a visit.
One of the finest restaurants in the area! The service is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly respectful and courteous. I've never encountered any problems with either the service or the food. The dishes are packed with flavor, always served hot, and they arrive quickly! Thank you!
Small little hole in the wall with the best Mexican food. I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu and it’s good quality ingredients and always made fresh to order. This is our regular Taco Tuesday joint. Réservez une table maintenant
if you’re looking for REAL authentic mexican food, this is it!! small place and the cooking is spectacular. it’s mostly run by women and they’re so kind and the food is amazing.
I ordered a chicken chimichanga here for and early lunch and I really enjoyed it. All of the food here is made to order. I’ll visit again when I’m in the area.
The tacos here are wonderfully authentic. However, all of the sauces are quite spicy; I wish there was a milder option available.
