Los Pepe's Tacos Truck

To start, the portion sizes are excellent. I've visited almost every taco stand and truck within a mile, and these are by far the most satisfying. The corn tortillas are made by hand, which really elevates the tacos. The burritos are enormous and are easily some of the best value around. The asada is very flavorful without being too intense, so even in a burrito, it never gets tiresome. The marinade for the pastor is outstanding, and they slice it thinly, which gives it some delicious crispy bits. The chorizo is also fantastic—it's not overly greasy, which is a big plus. The tacos are amazing! The only downside to this place is that they consistently arrive late. I drive 20 minutes to get to their location, and they’re always behind schedule. That’s frustrating!
