This is a hidden jewel. It is in the basement. If you are looking for authentic Mexican food, this is your place. They can even make things less spicy upon request, unfortunately that doesn 't apply to the daily specials. They even offer for take out some of their home made salsas, try the green one. They make fresh fruit juices and aguas frescas , I highly recommend horchata , tamarind, hibiscus and mango. The only caveat with this place is that it is mostly takeout. Today we order Chiken Milanesa . What a joke...chicken is so flat, that it can 't even be seen, and not only that it is really really small, so your Milanesa is basically flattened breaded crumbs. But they sure will give you a big chunk of iceberg lettuce as salad . Half of the dish is white iceberg lettuce. They should call this dish iceberg lettuce with flattened breaded crumbs Rip off.
