We had a very disappointing dining experience as a family at this restaurant. The burgers were extremely low quality, resembling dog meat, and the steaks were improperly cooked, coming out pink instead of well done as requested. The chips were overly greasy, the sauces were served cold, and my expensive lobster dish was only worth one bite. The desserts were so bad that they were removed from the bill without question, and the blue cheese parmo was flavorless. Overall, I would not recommend this place as it has a decline in quality and lacks an upscale atmosphere. It's comparable to McDonald's in terms of food quality but not in terms of price. First time here! Will def be back! Came for the restaurant week 3 course special to try it out and we will def be returning! Such a lovely venue, very intimate and cosy with lovely decor. Jared at the bar is a star! Such a character and made us laugh whilst we waited for our table. It was busy but that was to be expected with the restaurant week offer being on. Arrived at the restaurant just before 3pm on 8th October 2022. Only 2 customers in the restaurant when we walked in. There was not one member of staff to greet us, one of my friends went to use the toilet and within that time, there still was no staff members anywhere to be seen. We waited at least 5 minutes and walked out... The last thing the lady said on the telephone when I placed the reservation was that if we can't make it please let us know, which I said yes of course. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, first time trying Lost Property after hearing absolutely amazing things about it. The photo looks quite good, but trust me it wasn't as nice as it looks. Waited 50 minutes for this. The chips were anemic. The Fried chicken was anemic. The tomatoes in the burger were the ends, my Mrs pulled a piece of the greaseproof paper out of the burger, quite a big bit as well. They knocked 50% off the bill which was appreciated, but it still cost £47 for this, 2 mocktails, a coke and a J20.

Last minute decision to go, greeted by lovely lady who was welcoming, friendly and attentive Ordered a sharing platter which was massive we couldn’t eat it all. Good quality, tasted gorgeous and would definitely return We had a small issue which the waitress resolved not really a major deal but her attitude reflects a decent business which was appreciated Would defiantly recommend
Best restaurant I've ever been to. A friend introduced me last year and I wish I'd been a lot sooner! Staff are amazing, venue is perfect. Food is the best food I've ever eaten. I've been multiple times this year. I've recommended this place to everyone. Celebrated my first anniversary here as it's that amazing!
Wow! What a gem. The Sunday Roast here is absolutely amazing. Comes with so many sides, huge plate of food and the meat is to die for. We've tried most places in Teesside and would say anywhere else would find is difficult to compete. Thanks guys.
The restaurant was very crowded. The steak was disappointing and the prawns were bland. The side order portions were not very generous. I was disappointed as I had been really looking forward to it.

This lovely bar is beautifully decorated and well-lit with comfortable leather chairs. The wine selection and service are both excellent. I can't wait to come back for another visit.
