Unprofessional service – disappointing experience I ordered from L'Osteria today and had to wait a whole two hours for my food while guests who came after me had long since received their orders. When asked, the waiter brushed responsibility under the carpet, which only reinforced the bad impression. We were treated extremely unprofessionally and it was a very unpleasant experience overall. This is not how you should treat guests. I hope that management urgently improves this.
The waitress wanted to make us aware that card payment only works if you tip beforehand. There were several of us and it was claimed that a large sum was still outstanding. We didn't get any bills either, we waited a long time for the pizza and it was actually cold in the end. Absolutely not recommended.
The food at L'Osteria was absolutely delicious. My son and I were absolutely thrilled and would like to express our sincere gratitude. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the quality of the food to the overall experience. Thank you so much

Very tasty food, huge pizzas, and super tasty risotto. There's a lovely outdoor area. The staff is very polite and friendly, and not at all pushy. I might come back a few more times, though
