Service was a disaster! waitress had an attitude from minute 1, then she pushed down my handbag by walking super close in an empty place, it was difficult to think she didn't do it in purpose. She broke a small bottle of fancy champaign I had inside and when we told her she didn't apologize and told us she needed the table free in 20 minutes. Just save your money and go somewhere else like Babu´s or Café Conditorei those are cute and people actually greet you with a smile! also the place is average and choices limited. Flat out sad
Only one star because there is no other option, preferably none. Went here to have a hot chocolate, which doesn't seem possible in this restaurant, it wasn't even lukewarm and when we complained about it, the answer was pretty blunt. For the high price you pay, you expect good service and a hot chocolate that deserves the name, definitely not a recommendation for us, and the waitress didn't even come to our table to take the order
Lottie has lovely coffee and they have lovely cakes. The restaurant is beautiful with outdoor seating. Sunbul Ordinary, near Brands Street. I liked the waitress, Maryam. The staff is very respectful. Very friendly. Requested. Steak but I didn't like it. A lot, but the Kufi is kind enough to give. Four stars, thanks
I was here recently with a friend and unfortunately we weren't completely impressed. The selection is nice, but we were missing that certain something extra in all of the dishes. It was solid cuisine, but there are better alternatives in Zurich. Especially at these prices for small portions.

It is a city trip in the heart of Zurich. It is spacious so that each table has its own privacy. Love the retro and industrial decoration that still makes you feel cozy inside. Homemade cakes are a must. I had an apple cake that is moisture and delicious. Absolutely recommended!
One of the best cappuccino I've ever tried in Zürich, also the carrot cake and chocolate cookie were delicious. Service very nice
