As a pho and Vietnamese food enthusiast, I was excited to try Lotus Maple Grove during my visit to Minnesota. This was the second Vietnamese restaurant we visited, and I have to say, the fresh rolls here are absolutely the best—large and full of flavor. The pho is good, though slightly on the sweet side, but adding lemon and hot sauce balances it perfectly. Portion sizes are just right unless you have a big appetite; I recommend ordering the large size instead of the regular like I did. The restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Definitely check out the menu at Lotus Maple Grove if you're in the area!
Phenomenal Bun Bo Hue. Perfect level of heat with tons of flavor and fairly generous protein portions. Though, I do prefer when Bun Bo Hue has large cubes of beef rather than slices. I got the traditional pork and shrimp spring rolls. They were good, not the best I've had, but solid. Oddly enough, they smelled like pumpkin for some reason. Never experienced that before and can't explain it. The service was good but the food took longer than a typical Vietnamese restaurant to come out. Prices were higher than usual as well, but thats Maple Grove's fault. I'd give a 4.5 but Google won't allow that so I'll round up ?
I'm a pho/ Vietnamese food lover .. Second Vietnamese restaurant in Minnesota we ate while visiting .. Fresh rolls is the best hand down..it big and tasty Pho is good ???? a little on the sweet side but lemon ???? hot sauce no problem Portion size is onthe money unless your a big eater..order the large size instead off regular like me.. The place is clean. Friendly staff Theservice is fast. Must try if are in the area
I am regular at this place now, even though I am not a resident of the area. I don?t mind a short drive to grab some fresh crab wontons! Or a Big ???? bowl of PHO. Or some crunchy veggie rolls! Pretty much whatever your eyes see is delicious!???????????? I can go on and on! About the whole menu! Well, you all just check it out! ???? I mean it! Go and check it out!????????????

10/10 I don 't think you can go wrong with any dish from place. Best Vietnamese Restaurant I 've had in a very long time and it 's this has been here forever. If you enjoy sweats, get the Tri-Color for desert.... They do em ' best. It just seems everything hasits own unique kick to it that gives this place it 's edge. Surely I 'll be going back for more!! ??
The food at Lotus MG is fantastic! They serve traditional Vietnamese soups and sandwiches, as well as other simple dishes. Everything is fresh, quick, and clean! Make sure to try the appetizers; the spring rolls are my favorite. The bubble tea is also really nice. Lunchtime can get busy since it's such a popular spot. Highly recommended!
I visit Lotus Maple Grove regularly, even though I don’t live nearby. It’s worth the short drive for fresh crab bites, a big bowl of pho, or crispy veggie rolls—everything looks and tastes amazing! Honestly, the entire menu is fantastic. Just take a look around at all the happy diners—I mean it, go see for yourself!
The food at Lotus MG is spectacular! They have traditional Vietnamese soups and sandwiches as well as more basic options. Fresh, fast, and clean! Don?t pass on the apps, spring rolls are my favorite. Bubble tea is also quite good. Lunch special isreally popular too. Highly recommended.

The service here is outstanding, the food is exquisite, and the portion sizes are quite generous. The egg rolls stuffed with vermicelli are incredible. I sampled several dishes, but the roasted rice always stands out for me. Plus, the food is served up very quickly.
