Lou Malnati's - Buffalo Grove

They changed the recipe for the spaghetti. It used to be the best anywhere around. The last couple of times I ordered I Noticed it was spicy hot. I finally called to ask if they changed the recipe. I was told that they did change the recipe. I told them they made a big mistake. I will not be getting the spaghetti anymore. At 70 years old my body cannot take the spicy food. Why would you make spaghetti sauce Spicy HOT??? In all the places I have eaten at they are the first that had spicy Italian food.

Food is always good. While I do love the deep dish, thin crust The Lou is something else! Service seems to change depending on who is there. They can handle the rush pretty well.

We order from here all the time, food is great. With my last order there was a mistake, but the manager did a great job of making it right. Lou’s over everything.

Whoever the manager is at the evening shift is excellent. Very understanding and generous when we had a mix up. And of course the food is excellent as always. Réservez une table maintenant

Great place for pizza. You have to try the crustless pizza. It was great. The Manati salad is really good too!

Just classic. Very recommend the butter crust, and we are done if you decide how to cook it. Family favorite.

There's nothing like Lou's pizza. We had a thin crust and a stuffed. Both were excellent, as always.

Very tasty and fresh salad and pizza. Chocolate cake had been excellent.
