The last two times I ordered I noticed the quality is not as good. Ordered the classic with crumbled sausage. The buttercrust was not as it was in the past. The sauce or lack of it tasted as though they opened a can of tomatoes and threw it on. Tasteless, flavorless, and tinny taste.I started going to Lou's when they were by my house in Lincolnwood in the 60s. This is not the same Lou's. Very disappointed.
I ordered a pizza and a salad, and I received a call notifying me that they were going to remake our pizza since it wasn't up to standard. I really appreciated that they took the time to let me know. My dad, who is visiting from Arizona, is a big fan of Lou Malnati's! I'm thrilled that he got to enjoy a true Chicago classic the right way this weekend!
No where on your website does it list the size of a personal pizza . I ordered one and it was less than 6”. For what I paid I could have gotten a small pizza for a few dollars more. TOTAL RIPOFF. I want a refund and an apology. You guys are scam artists. Not acceptable.

Going to be the millionth person to say this, but worth saying it anyways - Lou Malnati's has the best Chicago deep-dish pizza.
Too cheap to have a take out menu. Guess they think no family wants to look at a menu. No thank you
