Lou Malnati's Pizzeria Carry Out

We ordered a pizza from here on Saturday and had it delivered, the pizza looked fine but for the first time ever from a Lou’s pizza made my husband and I both super sick.. not sure if something was expired or not cooked but it was unfortunate cause I love Lou’s!*No we’re not sick with something else either, everything else we ate through the weekend we felt fine after, it was only after the pizza that we felt sick 20 minutes after.

Placed an order, waited over 1 hour for delivery only to receive the wrong thing. Called the GM and explained the mishap. Placed another order only to be told I couldn’t have it delivered. This location has terrible customer service.

Ordered a dairy/egg free pizza for my daughter with food allergies. They were super kind and made her pizza specifically for her needs. I was very pleased with our overall experience. Would highly recommend them!

The pizza I ordered was all burnt. The service was super slow it took 2 hours for my one pizza. Manager was super rude on the phone, he just hung up on me out of the blue. Don't go here it is waste money

Picked up frozen pizzas to cook at home and the deep dish was our favorite. Only wished they had more options on a Saturday afternoon. We will definitely pick up and go again.
