first time in chicago and first time in lou malnatis - absolutely amazing. our server tonight (12/11/22) was luis m. luis very attentive and friendly; he made our experience so much better. oh, my God. We have a spinach lobe for one and it was great, 9/10! the pizza on the other side. I can't explain. well, it was. the pizza was impeccable; the perfect balance of ingredients, fresh and high quality ingredients, hot and mouthwater. the drinks were also wonderful. the pizza took approx. 25 minutes, but I'd have been waiting sincerely for 2 hours until even a bit. absolutely a must visit places when they visit or have not yet tried. thanks for the experience!
Ate here last year but just decided to leave a review now because I wanted to try Giordano’s first, before I made any conclusions. I just ate at Giordano’s today… and let me just make it clear, it’s all about Lou’s! 1) the sauce is fresher, as they say — not a lie. 2) THE BUTTER CRUST 3) the service is much friendlier, attentive, and quick.
lou malnati is never disappointed! as someone who regularly comes to chicago and has been for years, it is one of my favorite places for deeply pampered pizza. be early or prepare to wait. every pizza needs a full hour to cook, but it is worth it. if you are looking for a real Chicago-style pizza, this is a great option.
Lou Malnati’s is the best Chicago Deep Dish. If you only have time to enjoy one type, pick Lou’s! This location has classic Chicago ambiance, and the pizza is always fantastic. Give yourself plenty of time when dining in, though… these real deal pizza pies take about an hour to bake!

Please open a store in London as we have no pizza place that’s as delicious as yours! Every bite of the wings and pizza I had tasted like magic to my tastebuds! The staff was super friendly and I’m only upset that you do deliver international
Pizza was absolutely incredible; deep dish was amazing and made fresh but service wasn't the best only reason for 4 stars but it was a busy night nonetheless great.
After trying Giordianos, I had to come here to compare the difference because my first impression of deep dish wasn't that great.
NO. 1 Pizza in Chicago for a reason... it's just so good and so consistent. Absolute best!!! Cin cin
