Lou penequet - Réserver une table

Admittedly it is sometimes more difficult to find a lot of open restaurants in small sea-side villages. That said, this restaurant was open and has a pleasant outside patio- ideal for a warm December afternoon. The menu offers a range of seafood, salads and grilled toro. We had the fish soup and "daily fish special"- adequate. Unfortunately our server was inattentive and forgot to bring one of our entrees- with no explanation. As well, it took forever to get our bill. Prices were high considering the quality of the food and the service. We paid 54 euros for a soup, one entree, a half bottle of house wine, one dessert and a coffee. Not a great experience!

Good menu and prices and home cooked French food. Had an excellent paella de la maison. Good quality food and all cooked from scratch. Nice to have proper French cooking at a reasonable price! Recommend for lunch.

Excellent accueil, serveuse très sympa et souriante. Je recommande le pavé de taureau et les profiteroles en dessert Si vous passez dans le coin, alors je recommande cette place.

Brasserie bien sympa. Très simple et assiettes bien servies. Les salades-repas valent la peine.
