Loved this place! My only complaint is right off that when we were seated the hostess just kind of plopped us down and walked away. She didn't give us menus or tell us there was a little sticker on the table for us to scan. She barely made eye contact. Maybe we should already know about the menu situation....but we didn't. We just sat there. I did see paper menus at the nearest server kiosk so I know menus were there! It took the waitress awhile to get to us, which was absolutely understandable as it was busy and she was doing her best. But we could've been looking at a menu. The hostesses really need to do more to be warm, welcoming, and helpful. Other than that our experience was amazing!...
We had a good time. We sat quickly in the corner, which was great for social confrontation. Many people, including the bartenders, didn't have their masks on or they weren't raised properly. They were super busy so they needed something for our food and drinks. You seem to have changed the menu. The Calamari was super sharp with more paprika than Calamari, the chicken wings were good, but seemed frozen and only heated, not fresh. The Tacos were amazing and fresh! For the Entrees everything seemed to have Quinoa in him, so that was a shutdown so that we just ordered appetite suppressants. Overall, it had a good mood. Would definitely go back and like to sit outside.
Bar Louie is a good place to hang out. Our waitress was excellent and our food came out hot and fast. The prices are pretty reasonable. The only reason I gave it four stars is because of a sanitary issue. At the bar, after drinks were being made and sent out, I watched a waiter walk around the restaurant and then walk over to the bar and start putting pineapples on sticks and in the drinks without washing his hands or wearing gloves. It wasn't just this one waiter either, it was multiple so that's a little frightening.
There was only one waitress managing the entire floor, and she was also handling hosting duties. Given how overwhelmed she was, she performed remarkably well. The kitchen staff even came out to explain that they were short-staffed as well, so the food would be coming out gradually and might take longer than usual. I really appreciated that they took the time to communicate this. Management needs to find a better staffing solution for the restaurant. Service: Dine-in Réservez une table maintenant
My husband and I often visit for happy hour, and we always have a great experience with the food and drinks. The place is consistently clean, and the staff is friendly. Tonight, Clayton was our server, and he was very knowledgeable about the new drinks and menu items. He had a wonderful personality and was very professional. We will certainly ask to sit in his section on our next visit. I also appreciated the manager stopping by our table to check in on us.
Sometimes you need a delicious **** Mary or a dirty martini after a shopping spree! Clayton, the bartender was an absolute gem!!! The cocktails he made us were on point and the service was extraordinary!! Also, if you need an app recommendation- the spinach and artichoke dip was delicious as well as the fried pickles! Come see Clayton for cocktails and absolutely fabulous service!
Out celebrating a special friend's 46th birthday. I loved the atmosphere. The games were on the bar and we grabbed a table in the corner. The late night menu was simple so I ordered the chicken nachos and a cranberry Vodka. The food came quick and the drink was just right. I felt a buzz immediately.
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant tonight! My waitress, Ashley, was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. I visited for happy hour drinks after work, and the staff were excellent, even though they were preparing for a busy Friday night. They offered great drink specials, and the food was decent. However, I recommend leaving before 9 PM because of ongoing crime issues in the area.
