A few weeks ago, my family and I had a delicious dinner at this hidden gem in the heart of Pearl River. The restaurant had ample parking, which was a pleasant surprise in this area. The charming house turned restaurant was packed when we arrived, a good sign of its popularity. I visited Louie's on the Avenue for the second time and was impressed once again. The first time I tried their pork chops, which I never usually order, and they were absolutely delicious! This time I had the Tavern Burger with Cheddar cheese, and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. I will definitely be returning soon. Service was great and I enjoyed a nice dinner.
This beautiful restaurant is situated in a perfectly preserved suburban house. The interior is of an era and bright and spotless. The restaurant seating area is airy with plenty of room between tables. The staff are spectacularly friendly. Myself and my wife ordered the 16 oz frite steak rare which was cooked perfectly. Fabulous find and experience. Planned a surprise family dinner for 12 here . Christine was so helpful in booking and execution of the event. Venue is adorable house with many rooms. Service was excellent and everything ordered was from the cocktails to appetizers and meals were not only delicious but also visually appealing. Highly recommend.

Ordered the Lamb Shank . Seemed to have an strange lemony taste I found to be unsavory . Very disappointed because Google rating was 4.7 . Don’t order the Lamb Shank !
