When I needed a refill for my Coke, I couldn’t locate our server after waiting a few minutes. I walked over to the bar area, where I saw the presumed owner filling up her own drink. When I approached her to ask for a refill, I startled her a bit. However, her response was quite surprising—she waved her hand at me and told me to “use my words.” I was taken aback by her dismissive attitude; I’ve never encountered that kind of treatment in a customer service setting before. This left me with a negative first impression, and I wish I had been quick enough to respond to her in the moment. I hope she was just having a bad day and this isn't her usual demeanor. I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! Although I didn’t dine there this time, I regret not doing so because the menu looks incredible. The wine selection is impressive, and the service was absolutely fantastic. I’m definitely planning to return for dinner the next time I'm in town! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

as always, eating was good. we were there at a busy lunchtime and the noise level was hard to handle. we would go back to a time and sit near the door. the wooden floor was like an ice ring that was so licked. Réservez une table maintenant
