Louis ' Lunch is an amazing, historic location for burger history in America. It is an experience: one where you don 't get the burger your way, but instead get it the it has been made for generations. It 's delicious, very beef-forward. I like to get a cheeseburger with onion and tomatoes. While I wait for the burger--they are cooked to order--I like to eat a cup of potato salad. The recipe is great! It 's kind of like an egg salad and potato salad in one. I also like to get a cream soda, or root beer. My wife likes to get chips as her appetizer. I FINALLY made it here after years of trying. Never could get my timing right. Made it just a few days before they close down for August break. OMG, worth the wait. The cheeseburger was amazing and the potato salad rocked. Coming back through this way in a few months. Will definitely hit it again. And again. And again.

One of the best places we stopped in boston. The folks were first class. Locals were very helpful also. I'm glad we got there before they shut down for vacation. Hope you enjoy your time off. Was an honor to eat here. Thanks from indiana
