do not buy them from here, esp if they are an inferiority. the casser (it is her name is wladimir on my reception) was obviously to cure and dismiss me. I would have written it as a bad day if they hadn't been excessively nice and generous with another customer who would have been randomly caucasian. I tried to call the facility five times to report the rude behavior, but there was no answer. I just wanted to share my experience because I could say that the cashier felt that there was no effect on why they feel comfortable doing so.
The issue with the way the pizza is made here is that you only realize its shortcomings once you get home. The pizza I ordered was overcooked, with dark cheese and overly crispy edges that were tough to chew. They also added way too many seasonings on top, which made it overwhelming after just one bite. I knew I wasn't ordering a gourmet pizza, but honestly, I would have preferred a frozen pizza I could have cooked myself instead of feeling pressured to order from Pizza Hut.
I ordered the pizza on Friday, February 18 the pizza arrived stone cold looked as if it had been sitting out for 45 minutes without any other food quality insurance when called the next day to have fixed employee Vladimir instead of delivering the pizza which was initially submitted for carry out only when I live in an assisted living facility when asked for additional help refused asked to speak to the regional district manager refused Do NOT order from this location
Food arrived stone cold, when asked to have fixed employee Vladimir would only do as a carry out, when I had it delivered, and refused to provide the Area/district managers number to get the matter resolved since he didn 't want to assist. Great help for those of us who live in an assisted living facility. WARNING! DON 'T PURCHASE FROM THIS FRANCHISE!!! Owner responded with an email for me to reach out to them directly, emailed, and the owners NEVER replied back!

I ordered a pizza for delivery today, but unfortunately it arrived with the wrong ingredients. I requested a half s.m.o.g and bacon, and a half sausage with extra cheese pizza, but instead received one without green pepper, onion, or extra cheese, and with ingredients I didn't order. I tried calling to complain, but nobody answered. I spent $37 on this order, which is too much for the lack of customer service.
The restaurant appeared run down and empty. I wasn't certain if it was even open or abandoned until I heard a noise from the back. I attempted to get the attention of the employees by playing loud music on my phone, but they didn't notice until I started banging on the counter and calling out. The food was undercooked and prepared too quickly. It was a disappointing experience overall.
I ordered online when I went to pick it up I was told I didn't order from that store.They said I could order and wait 20 minutes. It was really cold so I said ok.5 minutes later a man walks in he was mad ?, he said he was already home when realized they gave him the wrong pizza. I asked him what was the name on the order.Sure enough it was mine.No apologies offered to me.
I used to enjoy ordering pizza from this place, dear Pizza Hut, but the restaurant itself appears quite dirty. The entrance has cobwebs on the baseboards, and it just feels unclean overall. If the front of the restaurant looks this way, I can only imagine how unsanitary the kitchen must be.

I ordered a pan pizza with light cheese and extra vegetables, but it came with double cheese and several pieces of meat. I'm not happy with this experience.
Bread is not cut property or made the topping equally placed across the bread. Made it on time as soon as reach able to collect it without further delay.
