I visited Love Desserts yesterday and ordered the cookie dough, which was unpleasant—it was raw, overly gooey, and unappetizing. While I understand cookie dough is typically raw, this was just off-putting. The tables were sticky, some tables and chairs were broken, and the floor was uneven. I also noticed staff sneezing near the food and not washing their hands before handling it. Additionally, there was a printed "toilet" sign on the bathroom door. Overall, the tables didn’t appear clean. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

I placed an order through Just Eat for delivery, but my food never arrived because no driver showed up. When I called to resolve the issue, a female staff member was very abrupt and unhelpful. She eventually hung up on me and refused to listen. The service was utterly disappointing. This will be my last time ordering from them.
