Our family was excited to try this unique place. The experience was less than fun. There were many problems. The staff that took our order was annoyed that there were a lot of customers. Part of the problem could have been the lack of propane heatersfor employees and customers. It didn't help that the restrooms needed cleaning. Customers gathering on the 2nd level enjoyed theoverflowing port-a-potty smell on the way to their tables. When our order arrived, we found missing fries, and an incompleteburger order. As a local my entire life it saddens me to see the lengths this place went to on price gouging on beers that I've ever seen besides a concert. $6.00 for a can dos equis beer is beyond ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves hell at least bring back the tall boys you sold at not even that price!! And the homemade relish on my hot dog was nothing but chopped up pickles very disappointed in how the love shack has evolved. Cool spot to listen to live music but be prepared to be ripped off!
Onion rings are to die for! The whole menu is excellent but the atmosphere alone is what tops off the experience. Live music (even mid day) with outdoor seating. It's tucked between two buildings but there is an upstairs seating area. It's a great place for family. Root beer on tap. Food is made to order so it's always fresh and even when they are slammed the food comes out fairly fast. Great location close to the arena and Cats stadium. Whether you're a local or visiting this place is a must!
Pretty decent burger a little on the small side but tasty overall.it as far as a unique flavor of seasoning but it gave it a good taste. the onion rings on the other hand left a lot to be desired they are basically a hot version of the type of crispy onions you put on top of a casserole. Overall it was a decent lunch but not sure if I would make my way back.

We got a bacon cheeseburger. They said it was a one pound medium burger. Look at the picture and tell me what you think. Our burger was so small and burnt. I brought it back and they told me ?that?s what you ordered.? So rude. Never going back.
I love the boom boom burgers at this place and I?ve eaten them A LOT but the girl at the cashier with the nose ring is completely and totally rude. Completely unacceptable. I would fire her the way she represents the company. Shameful
Horrible service and horrible food. I ordered a one pound bacon cheeseburger. This is what I got. I got all bread and burnt bacon. I asked for a refund or different burger and the lady said no. I am never coming back.
Chilled beer and delicious onion rings. The burgers didn't quite live up to the hype but were still decent. The nachos were also really good. Plus, the street view from the second floor adds an entertaining touch.

Absolutely awful. No water available. Burger with no seasoning and overcooked. Just because it is owned by Tim Love, doesn't mean it's good. All hype.
I ordered the Boom Boom Burger and shared some onion rings. Absolutely delicious!
