Terrible service. I ordered a burger without cheese, tomato, or mustard, but they completely ignored my instructions. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if I weren’t allergic to cheese, leaving me with an inedible burger and no dinner unless I wanted to pay an additional £4 for delivery from somewhere else. I called to request a replacement, only to be told I would need to pick it up myself, which defeats the purpose of ordering for delivery. I recently ordered a takeout lunch and overall, it was a delightful experience. The food was impressive, scoring a solid 4 out of 5. The staff were friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. As for the atmosphere, even though I enjoyed my meal at home, I can tell that the restaurant has a nice vibe, warranting a 4 out of 5 in that department. Had lunch there today with my son who is a vegetarian and has a nut allergy. Sahiba was extremely helpful sorting out the best meal options for him. The food was great and the service was amazing. Staff are very kind and welcoming. The scenery was good and all went well. The burger itself was 8.5/10 I like that they gave you the option on how you’d like your burger cooked “medium, medium well, or we’ll done” I went for medium. For the price I’d say 10/10 £7.50 was definitely worth it

Delicious! You can customize the doneness of your burger, which is a great touch. The restaurant is clean, and the service is very friendly. Personally, I think Biscoff deserves a five-star rating!
