A typical experience at Lowe's. I rely on a store-provided scooter when shopping at larger locations. Unfortunately, the tools section was almost impossible to navigate. There were times when I had to get out of the scooter to reach the items I needed. They didn’t have what I was looking for; two of my items were quite specific. I needed a set of work gloves for women with slender hands, but the only option available was a small size, while the rest catered to much larger hands. I was then directed to the gardening section, which felt somewhat dismissive—like the associate assumed that, as a female with a disability, I wouldn't need sturdy, leather gloves. Had four pieces 4 ft rebar in one hand and 8 foot of yard drainage pipe in the other bent in halve to hold. Approached counter person at return desk doing nothing deverted his eyes. Person at self check out standing at closed register doing nothing. I ask can I get a little help here. Place the rebar against counter and hand scan the pipe with hand scanner she walks past me to talk to the returns clerk. I start trying to look up the rebar get on a screen put in code I thought it would have look up and ask again. I if the two of them couldn't figure I was frustrated they're clueless. I went to purchase a picnic table. None of the employees seemed to know how to complete this purchase, or where the tables were stored. Took about an hour to finally complete the purchase. Got home, unloaded the box, carried it to the yard, opened the box and took the pieces out. They are completely covered in MOLD (see pictures). I've called the store, their solution is for me to pack up all the moldy pieces up and bring it back for review. Corporate support also suggested I play with the moldy wood. I visited this Lowe's for the first time today, and I was really impressed. I went in to buy some paint, and Stephen was incredibly helpful and friendly. I also noticed that the other employees seemed happy and cheerful, which really contributed to a positive atmosphere. The store was clean and well-organized, too. Although Home Depot on Route 10 is much closer to me, I will make the extra trip to come here from now on. Thank you for the excellent service!

Wowie!! Took a quick trip here on my recent sabbatical to the rabbinical school down here in Morristown NJ, and boyo they're the hookup on bird seed and feeders! Made this Midwest born and raised bird watchers heart jump in excitement!! Evette, Marco, Elvis, and Byron, darn tootin the best Lowes employees I've had the privilege to encounter give these five hard working kids a raise Marvin!!
People at paint deptment helpful but no real painting experience. Lumbar depth bad. Was getting molding, no one could cut it so I told them we could not fit it in the car. Told them I would have to return it and go to Home depot and they did not seem to care. I have an disabled husband and did not appreciate having to make another trip.
The garden center at Lowe's is truly stunning. Even at this late point in the season, there is a great selection of vibrant new fall arrangements available for purchase.
