I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. I hope that L Pastel management takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary improvements. My visit on Thursday, June 28th was disappointing. Upon entering, I was not greeted and had to wait a long time to be assisted. When I inquired about wedding cakes, the staff member simply told me to look at examples on Facebook and call them. The customer service was lacking, and the environment was not clean. In comparison, I had much better experiences at other cake shops where I was greeted warmly, shown samples, given guidance, and offered samples to taste. I hope L Pastel improves their in-person customer...
Horrible place the manager is never there and the owner doesn't even contact you it's been 1 week and I never got a refund I don't reccommmen this cake shop to no one I have proof of the cake they did me wrong.Replied: you didn't do anything to resolve my issue because the owner Ruben was there and he opened the door for me instead of talking to me and you guys didn't bother telling him hey sir we have a customer trying to see if there was options for a refund or credit .
I ordered my wedding cake from here, and it was very budget-friendly. I brought in the flowers so they could coordinate with my centerpieces. I opted for a strawberry and blueberry flavor, and it turned out to be both delicious and beautiful.
They did the cakes and cookies for my mother's 90th birthday party. The cakes were beautifully decorated with purple irises and delicious. The cookies were tasty,
