While cooking, I noticed the staff casually smoking, drinking, and snacking without washing their hands, all while customers waited for hours. The food quality was underwhelming. Although the beef seasoning had a decent flavor, there was very little meat, mostly just fat. It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to prepare cold BBQ noodles; I even saw the cook take just five minutes at the end. The texture was tough, and it appeared that the condiments were haphazardly tossed on. Overall, it definitely wasn’t worth the $10 I spent.
There's not many establishments that are open till 2AM, but when I found Focus BBQ here in the City of Industry, I've been coming here almost 3 times a week. Do you have a great selection of food with a decent selection of greens as well. Customer service is impeccable and very attentive. Grateful for what they offer and hope anyone nearby to check them out to experience what I have. You will not be disappointed. And I dare you to try the fried milk! It is something you would definitely need to experience...
The food was nearly as unappetizing as the server's attitude, which was quite rude and unprofessional. Their appearance was disheveled, and I heard them call animal control on a 70-year-old man's cats that had only been missing for half an hour. It's hard to believe! The poor man is already in poor health and is feeling very down. This place has terrible staff, awful food, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. I would strongly advise against dining here.
Absolutely awful experience! I recently visited with my younger sister, and one of the waiters appeared to be intoxicated. He was walking unsteadily and started making inappropriate advances towards me while my 7-year-old sister was present. It was completely unacceptable. I brought this to the manager's attention, but they took no action. If you're fine with catcalling and a lack of concern for children, then this is the place for you. Food rating: 1/5.

Nice cold beer! Delicious food! Friendly service! Great times!We ordered the beef rice noodle soup and beef skewers and it was warm and tasty with this cold weather. Thank you Focus for letting us enjoy a wonderful time with me and my friends!
