I'm not sure who is writing the glowing reviews for Lucca, but our visit was quite disappointing. We were seated at a dirty table with unclean silverware, and the glasses we received were also dirty. After some time, a waitress with a beauty mark on her face finally took our order. My daughter asked for ham without sauce, but we were told that was not possible since the ham was baked in sauce. When it arrived, it was sliced ham on a plate completely soaked in a yellow sauce that was terrible. We asked the waitress again for a version without the sauce, but she suggested we just choose something else. My daughter couldn't even eat the side dishes as they were cold. Not sure who is writing the reviews of this restaurant, but we had a horrible experience at Lucca. We were seated at a dirty table with dirty silverware were brought dirty glasses. A waitress with a beauty mark on her face took our order after we weresitting for some time. My daughter asked for ham without sauce, and we were told that she could not have it because it was bakedin. But when the ham came out it was slices of ham on a plate covered in yellow sauce. Our family celebrated my mom's 80th birthday yesterday and it was fantastic. From planning to execution, it was easy and flawless. Tori worked with me every step of the way. The menu was very accommodating for those who had specific dietary needs, and for children's meals. Trish was also very helpful during the planning process. Barb and Jill were our servers, and they were top notch. The food was amazing. The decor was beautiful. The pace of the event was smooth and never lagging. The staff truly assisted in making this day special. Everyone raved about the food and services provided. Tori, Trish, Barb and Jill, my mother and I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.

Had dinner with my two children last Thursday. I ordered chicken marsala, my daughter chicken franchise and my son drunken gnocchi with chicken and shrimp. The chicken dishes were very good. The shrimp in my son's dinner were bad. I tasted one and had to spit it out. I was very disappointed that it was served to him. Not sure if I would go back again.

To be honest, I thought this place was closed years ago. Imagine my surprise when my sister in law booked it for my inlaws 40th anniversary. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing! I wish I knew that they were open two years ago,I would have held my wedding reception here.
We visited on Saturday evening and we found the restaurant well staffed, clean, and being set up for the next day. Our server was excellent. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great.
