Lucia - Réservation de table

After visiting Lucia and getting drinks I was honestly not pleased with the service. First off when entering into the bar the staff just disregarded that we got there. As we walked over to the bar to try and sit outside the bartender was unpleasantly agitated. She gave a nasty attitude when asked if the kitchen was still open which is why I decided not to order anything just to get drinks. There was a good amount of customers at tables and it was only 9:45 at night. Clearly the attitude and energy from the staff is not what a customer should experience when entering a place of busines.

Went on a very lively (loud) Saturday night. We had a great dinner of soft shell crab, salmon, potatoes, and a vegetable. Appetizers consisted of octopus and carpaccio. The food was fresh and delicious. The crab, salmon, and octopus were cooked to perfection. The salads were crisp, and the dressing tasted home made. I suggest going on a less crowded night as the volume in there was so loud my wife and I couldn't hold a conversation.

Have tried them a few times. Recently called and was told they weren't taking orders to go after having beenalve to place orders to go in the past. Tried calling tonight and the woman that answered said she couldn't hear anyone talking and hung up. I triedto call back and it went to voicemail 2x. Felt like they were intentionally not picking up the phone after. Won't return.

We drive 25 minutes to get to Lucia. Great menu in a nice atmosphere. The staff is always professional and courteous. The deserts are made in house by the owner each week. Outside summer patio great for family gatherings. Réservez une table maintenant

We got engaged here 7 years ago. Just went back to celebrate ???? . We loved our dinners and appetizers , also great wine and atmosphere. The price was affordable and the wait staff went above and beyond.

I really enjoy this restaurant, especially for dining and drinking outdoors! The food is fantastic and the staff is excellent. Conveniently located right in the center of Bank Street.

Me and my wife found this gem when we moved to New Milford from NY five months ago. The food is authentic Italian with a nice atmosphere and a central town location.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it, it is the best in New Milford, CT.

Excellent Italian food. Very authentic. The fazzoletti di aragosta was delicious.
