On our latest trip to our favourite Swiss cities, which we always end in Luzern, we had dinner at this fine restaurant. Instead of the usual Swiss grub, we decided to go upscale, and we were not dissapointed!! We were six and were seated at a round table overlooking the lake, a round table already a plus when dining with six. We opted for the 4 course menu, everyone could mix and match from the menu. Very stylish bowls with enticing flavour combinations were presented, a modern touch on a pretzel stick with smoked onion infused cream, cod pulpo and deer that was so tender you could eat it with a spoon. We finished with a light and very fresh Swiss style eton mess.Our host Isak was very charm...
We were lucky enough to enjoy a 6 course tasting menu, with wine pairing at the Lucide. Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. The chef prepared a special vegan tasting menu for us as my husband and I are both vegan. As each dish came out, we were blown away by the presentation, and of course, the taste! Without a doubt the best meal of our lives. The service was impeccable as well. The topping was the chef coming out to meet us at the end of the night! If you are looking for a top-notch dining experience while in Lucerne, this is the place to go!
The lady on the phone was very, very friendly. Unfortunately, she couldn't guarantee me a good table for this evening, since it's a special occasion to celebrate. I found it a bit strange that this shouldn't be possible. I would have loved to leave a good review for the widely acclaimed food, but unfortunately I had to look elsewhere for a restaurant. Things worked out there without any hassle with a promise and even special decorations!
Die schöne Lage am See, die einzigartige Ambiance, der herzliche Empfang und der zuvorkommende Service hinterlassen unvergessliche Eindrücke. In diesem schönen Rahmen die ehrliche, überraschende Kochkunst von Michelle Meier Gabel für Gabel zu geniessen ist ein sinnliches Erlebnis. Wir freuen uns schon heute auf das nächste Mal. Grandios! Wir sind kurz vor dem lock-down im Dezember aufgrund einer Empfehlung zu Gast gewesen. Wir wählten das 5 Gang Menü mit begleitenden Weinen. Fazit: einfach erstklassig. Service top, Weinauswahl inspirierend, Essen fantastisch, Ambiente nicht zu toppen. In Luzern kann man aktuell nirgendwo besser essen.
