I went to Lucille's for the first time December 17th 2023, overall the restaurant was good . I would have given it excellent and I'll explain why I didn't. We ordered appetizers fried green tomatoes and fried pickles both were excellent, normally I don't care for fried green tomatoes but these were unbelievably good. I ordered the bacon barbecue burger with onion straws. The burger was cooked to perfection I like my medium well and it was definitely a medium well Good job to the cooks in the back. The one thing that they must work on or the onion straws I specifically ask my waitress will they be hot because if they weren't going to be hot I would have just ordered french fries. She assured...
I had lunch at this restaurant with a small group, and we experienced very little wait time. The hostess was friendly, which was a nice touch. I ordered the fried catfish and shrimp, along with greens and mac and cheese, and the total came to around $25 per person for our party of four. The meal was absolutely delicious—the greens had a spicy kick but were fantastic. We decided to skip dessert this time, but I definitely plan to try something sweet on our next visit. This place tends to be quite busy, with wait times reaching up to two and a half hours. Just be sure to bring your appetite and some patience to fully enjoy the experience. Bon appétit!
I dined here on a Monday night (as well as on several other occasions) and found it not overly crowded, which was nice. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. Our waitress was attentive and delightful. The food was cooked perfectly and served exactly as we requested. I highly recommend trying the lemonades—they're fantastic! Overall, every time I've visited, I've had a great experience with both the food and the service. I always suggest this restaurant to anyone who hasn't been here yet.
We visited the area to shop at Bass Pro Shops and were pleasantly surprised to find Lucille's right across the street. Having been accustomed to Phil's BBQ in San Diego, I usually have to drive quite a distance to enjoy a meal at a Lucille's, but it was definitely worth the trip! I ordered the Tri-Tip sandwich, and the meat was incredibly tender. I also tried the pulled pork, but I preferred the Tri-Tip. The BBQ sauce was fantastic, and I really wish I had brought some home with me!
It was my first time ever at a Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, the service was excellent, since we walked in we were welcomed with a smile. Our Waiter was very helpful and professional. The food was delicious, tasty and good portions. Restaurant very clean. Prices are affordable for the location. I loved the bread they gave us at the beginning. So delicious. Also the service was fast.
Came here for a Business Lunch Denisha was polite and knowledgeable with the menu. She was also training a new team member. They were both amazing I had the barbecue chicken sandwich. My customer had the sirloin a Salad. Also a side of ribs. Strawberry lemonade is always on point. Must have when dining at Lucille's. Great place to come for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed!
