The food we had really wasn't all that good. The amount they're charging doesn't reflect the quality they are providing. They don't have fountain drinks and you have to buy individual cans of soda while there. The water tasted like pretty harsh tap water and I think they could also do better than that by adding a water softener or filter. I've had a lot of good Chinese food in my life and unfortunately, this place wasn't one of those places. I hope they take this as motivation to improve the quality of their food and not as me just being mean. Extremely clean bathrooms! The service is decent. I was looking to try dimsum in Washington for the first time but was disappointed in the food quality and presentation. Lots of the food was lukewarm and had little resemblance to authentic dimsum that I have had in other parts of the country and world. Specific mentions: The seafood tofu soup was extremely disappointing — no egg white, crab, etc that you would typically find at other places. My favorite Chinese spot PERIODT! I have lived here for almost 7 years, 5 of those years I lived in Kent and my household has eaten Lucky House at least twice a week for those 5 years. I have so many amazing family memories with this food. We recently moved to Federal Way, and tried the local spots out this way. None of them compare to Lucky House. I LOVE LUCKY HOUSE! I would not recommend ordering the spicy chicken with garlic sauce at this restaurant. The dish is not actually spicy and is mostly vegetables with only 4 small pieces of chicken. The service is average, with the waitress appearing annoyed and rushing patrons to order. Additionally, the food arrives within 5 minutes, but only warm and not hot, suggesting that it may not be freshly prepared.

If you haven't already tried this place then what are you waiting for?? They have the best authentic fried rice in the Kent area. I'm so pleased that they kept the original recipe for this rice unlike these other restaurants with added unnecessary flavors and vegetables. The area looks sketch but don't let that stop you from paying them a visit I promise you won't be disappointed.
The food was good and the service was fast. There was plenty of parking available. It was surprising to be charged for tea at a dim sum restaurant, but the fee wasn't high.
Worst customer service I have had in a long time. Server acted like we were bothering her for just being in there. Food has gone downhill in recent years. Will not be back.
