Order made on Uber Eats at 10:06 p.m., canceled at 10:07 p.m. by the restaurant. I receive an invoice stating that I will be charged because, I quote “This restaurant had already started preparing your order, which is why you were charged for it. » well let’s see!! I contacted Uber Eat customer service directly, who was responsive and found that it was indeed these thieves who had canceled the order and not me.. RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE.
