While the ice cream and the work that goes into their wonderful edible creations, I have to point the training that they need to give their young employees. I stopped by last week on Thursday. I could not help to notice that there was a kid there who, although not wearing an apron kept going behind the counter to get ice cream. Then, I was shocked to see him, climb over the counter, legs touching the counter to come on the side where customers would normally stand...not good! With the pandemic continuing, being clean and safe is also just as important. I, then said to the other young man behind the counter to please make sure he wipes down the counter which he did. Although it might be a bit on the expensive side, Luigi's Ice Cream offers high-quality treats. On a hot day, any ice cream can hit the spot, but this place truly stands out with its exceptional flavors. I haven't tried their unique rolled ice cream, but it looks like a fun option. Personally, I visit for my chocolate on a waffle cone. The interior has limited seating, making it more of a grab-and-go spot. The service is efficient; even when it's busy, I've never waited more than a few minutes for my order.
Sooo after not coming in for over a year after my last last review SAME experience again ...counter person waited on 2 people before me then went in the back room while I waited in the front....when he finally returned I asked for a shake and was told I couldn't get one....OK i get the point my business isn't welcomed here
This place is fantastic for ice cream! Their rolled ice cream is not only delicious but also a lot of fun to watch them prepare. They also offer bubble tea, although I didn't try it. The service was really friendly, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this spot to everyone!

I LOVEEEEEE rolled ice cream and when the one I used to go to left the mall I frantically looked for another place. This location is it!! If you haven't ever had rolled ice cream (or even if you have) this is the place to go to!
We had rolled ice cream, and it was delicious! The staff were friendly, and the interior was really charming. I highly recommend trying the s’mores and strawberry shortcake flavors!

Had a mango-passion fruit bubble tea and I loved it. Many selections of ice cream with eye- catching interiors. Fun to watch them dish out ice cream rolls live.
I had the strawberry shortcake and enjoyed it. The shop is really cute and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly. I would return.
