They recommended that I use their app, which I downloaded and signed up for. However, when I tried to order, the app didn’t apply the half-off discount, even though it showed the reduced price in my cart. Frustrated, I switched to ordering through their website, but I encountered the same issue. Ultimately, I called in my order. The hostess who answered the phone seemed overwhelmed and frustrated with the high volume of calls that should have been handled online. I placed my order for an extra-large NY pizza with extra cheese, onions on all, and pepperoni and banana peppers on half. Luigi’s Pizzeria of SW Fla is incredible. Their specials are great values and their menu is full of flavors and foods to satisfy any craving. The large Antipasto salad fed 4 of us easily and had all kinds of great and plentiful toppings Their included hot buttered bread loaf was amazing. The pizzas were delicious. The pastas were aldente and sauce was a classic Italian done right. Laura is a server who is on the ball. Keeps your glasses full, your needs met and your experience a good one. EAT HERE if you make it to Port Charlotte!! You can thank me after.

Then a different bartender came over and immediately asked if we needed help. With only three minutes left before our food was ready, we simply gave her our name for the order. She was friendly and brought our pizza without any issues. I left a tip for her on my credit card. Meanwhile, the first bartender, who had ignored us, took a break to smoke and then, as an afterthought, said goodbye to us as if she had finally decided to be friendly—but it was far too late for that.

I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo for $17 and added chicken for an extra $4. While the noodles were overcooked, the sauce was fantastic, although I did find only a few small pieces of chicken. The garlic bread was excellent, and the portion size was generous enough to serve two people. This was my first visit, and I definitely plan to return since the atmosphere was wonderful, and the servers were attentive. I’m giving it 4 stars—come in and enjoy a great meal! We have been loyal customers of Luigis for over ten years. Always appreciated the lunch discount and Monday half price pizza. We love your antipasta salad. We were disappointed that the lunch discount was set and now the price is almost double. Our little pieces of pizza were served on paper plates, which very wound the crust. Ingredients seemed easy. Their quality has always been excellent. I hope to see it back.

Bread was soaking wet. Sandwich was greased apart in pieces before even picking it up. Asked multiple times for no mozzarella cheese and sub was covered in it anyways. Not the first time order has been entirely incorrect after waiting on hold for 20 plus minutes. I won't waste 60 dollars again and won't embarrass the restaurant by uploading photos of the sandwiches

Kitchen cleanliness medium, Prime Rib outside had taste, had no rare! Was dry. The pages they served, salad too much, I could not eat the potatoes or the vegetables, no taste. Waitress on Saturday night she was okay. But they were for Prime Rib once and it was better than this last time. Honestly for a $36 prime rib it's not worth it. And the pages were bad.

Nice atmosphere, clean, and friendly staff. Awesome mozzarella sticks with a good marinara. Loved the garlic bread and Pizza was on point. Saw someone with their spaghetti and it looked delicious. I went during the absolute busiest time so service was a little off, but again it was rush hour . Overall good experience with quality food. Réservez une table maintenant

Went on a Monday for the pizza special. Wait wasn't near as long as the hostess said it would be. Has a drink at the bar. Bartender was awesome. Service was excellent all around. Pizza was fantastic. Really good Italian sausage. We will be back.
