I made a reservation for 8:15pm before a 9pm show at the casino. We arrived at 8:10pm and met a long line at the hostess stand. Finally when we reached the front of the line we were told by the hostess “we do NOT take Open Table reservations” and that it “Doesn’t work”, whatever that means. She said our wait is 40 minutes, which wouldn’t work because we were at the casino to see a 9pm show. I expressed my disappointment that they would not honor the reservation but they simply didn’t care. I’ll never ever even consider eating here because of this.
Hostess was rude. Informed us that their restaurant does not use “OpenTable” or other online reservation systems. We waited anyways for 2 hours then they tried to put us at a table directly next to the DJ I thought I was at a restaurant not a night club. When I asked for 1 of the 5 open tables we walked past the hostess again was rude and told me this is all we have eat here or talk to a manager. I asked for the manager. They attempted to lower the music. So we stayed. It was short lived. Never again
This restaurant does not receive reservations from open table apps, I made a reservation for my wife and I for valentine's day and when we got to the restaurant they said that we had to wait in the back of the line because they don't accept online reservations. We ended up waiting 45 minutes for a table for 2. The night was nearly ruined because the other restaurant s had outrageously long wait times.
When we arrived for our reservation we were told we would have to wait in line because the system was down and they were not honoring any open table reservations. I even showed them the confirm on my phone. Luckily after waiting for a while we spoke to a manager who was able to get us a seat at the bar. Not enough wait staff to handle the Friday night Valentine’s Day crowd but overall food was good.

Do not book reservation on Open Table for this restaurant. They said they have not been using it for the past 2 months yet the system still allows people to schedule. They were not willing to honor the reservation and said that many customers have been upset over the past 2 months
The reservation made through open table does not work with this restaurant. We spoke to the manager and still had to wait 40 minutes after the reservation was made. The food was nothing to brag about. I will not be visiting this place again.
I had a reservation and walked into the restaurant. The waitress was friendly, but very busy. It was 6:30 pm and it took a long time to get our drinks. The sushi was tasty, but I found it to be a bit expensive.
The food at this restaurant is superb and the service makes you feel like a VIP! The rainbow rolls are great and I'm excited to hear they will be adding hot pot to their menu this month. I can't wait to return!
