Lulu Chinese And Dim Sum

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The service was beyond atrocious. The Server was beyond rude. After being seated she demanded our friends move tables 4 times. Anything you asked the answers were rude or just NO . She brought refills out in another glass instead of a Pitcher. She spilled soda onto a Friends food twice trying to refill with a glass. Thwart food was not terrible but definitely just meh. The broccoli was completely inedible. I went to wash my hands after eating and food a kitchen sink screen trap in the sink with food in it. This place should not be serving anyone and is a definite Health Code violation. I can 't recommend this place. The only thing I can recommend is to never eat here.

I used to love ordering takeout from this place. The last three times I’ve ordered I have been extremely disappointed. My order instructions are never followed, and this last time the food quality was extremely poor. The veggies don’t taste fresh, and the dishes are unflavored yet somehow there is a pool of brown sauce at the bottom of the takeout dish. My partner’s dish made him sick to his stomach, and I could only stand a few bites of mine before throwing it in the trash. Sadly, after being a regular for 4 years, we will no longer be ordering from LuLu’s. I’ve given them plenty of chances. They need to get their quality checks in order and listen to their customers.

I honestly can't speak to the food because we canceled our order and left. I've only ever left one other resturant in my life. Service was poor, not very friendly. We didn't really get seated and only one other group was there eating. We left after getting our waters because one had a roach floating at the bottom. There was also something constantly beeping while we were there. I wouldn't go back.

The best Chinese restaurant in the Midwest with the most delicious dim sum outside of San Francisco, California. The taste is delicious and rare. Outstanding tastes.

Place is definitely authentic. Eating is not bad. It was necessary to be a bit more spicy. Building and inside a tad went down. Food: 4/5
