After reading various reviews on TripAdvisor and finding nothing appealing, we decided to ask around for recommendations. One person suggested we try a place that serves healthy, homemade soup and fresh sandwiches. We were directed to the health food store, a quirky little spot with a few tables, health food items, a small kitchen, and a board displaying daily specials. As soon as we walked in, we felt welcomed. The staff explained the specials, locals came in for friendly chats, and our food was promptly served. The food at this combination restaurant and health food store is really good. Soups are exceptional. Try out the "Lumby Healthy Salad"..really yummy and sooo healthy. Before you leave, a must purchase item is the healthy, homemade energy bar. I dare you to find a better tasting one anywhere! Service is very friendly, super comfy atmosphere, free wi-fi. And if you're waiting for your food to arrive, browse the items in the health food section and feel free to ask Betty any questions about them. She has an incredible wealth of information in this field.

The soups here are exceptional. The people here are just fantastic and very helpful. Try the chicken veggie wrap of the Lumby salad you really cannot go wrong! They cater to anyone who has food allergies or special dietary requirements just ask. I eat there as often as possible I recommend it to everyone.

This restaurant serves the best Chai Tea Latte! Another must-try item are their cinnamon buns, which are only available on Saturday mornings. They are delicious. I have not been disappointed with any of their food - it is all made in-house with fresh ingredients. Réservez une table maintenant

Awesome fresh homemade lunches and good specialty coffees here. Friendly staff. Tiny spot with only a few tables but worth going in for lunch.

We appreciate having such a well stocked little health food store in such a small town. They serve lunch etc too but we have not tried it.
