I ordered a simple plate for lunch. Then saw others who came in after me getting food so I asked if mine was almost done. She argues with the cook for a good two minutes before I said can you just fix it or refund me instead of arguing?! Meanwhile management is feet away not helping matters. Good Mediterranean restaurant in Mansfield off of Debbie Ln, right outside of Arlington, TX. Despite the good food, I have to mark a star off for a missed order that came 30 minutes after everyone else got their food. Location: Decent amount of parking available. Right next to a bunch of restaurants and stores to walk around. And right next to Bahama Bucks if you fancy for dessert after. Food: Fresh salad with each plate. Savory meat. We placed a catering order to be picked up at 5:30. My husband got there at 5:30 to be told that they accidentally gave the driver for door dash our catering order. The employee asked would you like to just cancel the order and he said absolutely not, since we have guest waiting for the food! My husband waited another hour to get the food in which they didn?t have kabob as we ordered. We ended up getting all chicken and two skewers of kabob. We were not offered any kind of compensation until I asked if we would be getting something for this mess! He only offered a free appetizer! I came in there today with my son. My server Kevin was extremely patient and kind with my son. He was exceptionally nice to every guest that walked in and out of the restaurant. He kept the dining place clean. Elizabeth who took my order was extremely nice. On top of all that my food was wonderful. I wish I’d taken a picture. Ordered the chicken and gyro meat plate where it clearly states double meat on the menu. We had to end up ordering extra gyro meat a la carte because it couldn?t even feed one person. We got the extra meat and it was more than the original plate had that?s supposed to have ?double meat?. And it was half the price. Very disappointed by this. Also emailed the email in their reply below a few times and no one ever replied lol. So taking my star down a notch
We recently had our HOA Board meeting here. It was a small group, but the location was perfect. Everyone ordered something different and they liked the food. Prices are fair for the portions, but the food does take a while to be served, which in our case was fine since we were discussing topics anyway, but I did see some tables a little upset about the time it was taking to get their food.
Surprisingly great for a counter service restaurant. The ambience gave strong ????????????? ???? vibes.The rice was cooked perfectly, and the various sauces were very delightful. I enjoyed how fresh all of the ingredients were. Pleasant staff with a good knowledge of the menu.
